Pre-requisites include:

• A current AHA ACLS Provider Card 
• A current AHA BLS Provider Card
• A TC Manager's signature from the AHA Training Center that you will be affiliating with.
• Please contact our training center for more information on instructor courses we offer.

A completed ACLS Instructor Course registration form and payment in full is required to attend.
