BLS/First Aid Instructor
We offer the BLS/First Aid Instructor Course every month. BLS Instructor Courses are held at our Allen Park site, unless otherwise indicated. Click on "Maps" to the left of the screen to view a map of this site.

- November 20 & 21, 2008 (8am - 5pm)
- December 15 & 16, 2008 (8am - 5pm)
- January 29 & 20, 2009 (8am - 5pm)
- February 19 & 20, 2009 (8am - 5pm)
- March 30 & 31, 2009 (8am - 5pm)
- April 27 & 28, 2009 (8am - 5pm)
- May 21 & 22, 2009 (8am - 5pm)
- June 22 & 23, 2009 (8am - 5pm)
- July 27 & 28, 2009 (8am - 5pm)
- August 27 & 28, 2009 (8am - 5pm)
- September 21 & 22, 2009 (8am - 5pm)
- October 19 & 20, 2009 (8am - 5pm)
- November 23 & 24, 2009 (8am - 5pm)
- December 7 & 8, 2009 (8am - 5pm)
Pre-requisites include:
- A current BLS Healthcare Provider Card
- A current First Aid Provider card OR be a licensed Healthcare Professional (RN, EMT-P, MD etc...)
- Advance studying of the American Heart Association Instructor Manuals
- Completion of the Core Instructor Course.
- A Manager's signature from the Training Center that you will be affiliating with, if other than Health Education Strategies. (This will be on the registration form that you will need to obtain from our office)
Post-requisites include:
- Student is required to attend/teach two 4-hour sessions within 60 days of the Instructor Course
- Instructors must be an affiliate with an AHA Approved Community Training Center
